FROM YOUR FIRST LISTING TO DISPATCH
Your selling guide.
How to prepare photos, choose postage and follow your orders.
1. Check your marketplace
Check that the marketplace permits your selling arrangement and the photos you intend to use. Stock is shared, so keep your listings up to date and enable stock alerts for items you list.
2. Prepare your photos
On the product page, choose Download Images and extract (unzip) the downloaded folder. It contains the photos, listing text and this guide. Open each photo individually at full size.
Using photos on Vinted
For Vinted listings, do not use the catalogue photos. Use the more natural photos supplied for the item, where Vinted permits their use. If you cannot find the natural photos, contact us before listing.
Click Stock Direct asks you to screenshot each permitted photo before using it on Vinted. Open it at full size, take a screenshot and crop away screen controls. Keep the whole item visible.
This is our preparation instruction, not a Vinted requirement. Vinted requires sellers’ own photos of the actual item. Do not use supplied photos where this is not permitted.
Read Vinted’s photo and selling rules ↗eBay and other marketplaces
Only use photos you have permission to use and which meet that marketplace’s rules. Photos must accurately show the item, its condition and any defects.
Read eBay’s picture policy ↗3. Check your listing
Review the title, description, size, colour, condition and price. Suggested selling prices are estimates; allow for your marketplace fees and postage costs.
4. Submit your sale
You can combine up to 6 items for the same buyer and delivery address. Only one teddy is allowed per order; it can be combined with clothing. Postage is charged once per order, using the total number of items.
Orders placed and paid for before 1pm UK time are dispatched the same working day (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays). Orders placed after 1pm or on non-working days are dispatched the next working day.
Choose your item, quantity and marketplace. Attach your prepaid postage label, or choose an available Click Stock Direct postage service and enter the buyer’s delivery address. Use the marketplace’s own label when its rules require it.
Check the item and postage breakdown before paying. Stock is confirmed when payment completes. If it becomes unavailable during payment, we initiate a full refund.
5. Follow the parcel
Check your order for payment, packing, dispatch and label details. Use your marketplace or carrier to follow delivery. Include your Click Stock Direct account number and order number when contacting us.
